QNET provides
resources, information sessions and training on Quality and Excellence as part of QNET's
focus on improving organizational effectiveness. QNET uses a broad definition of quality,
excellence and organizational effectiveness based on the Canadian
Quality Criteria / Framework for Business Excellence. This framework encompasses all
aspects of organizational effectiveness and can be applied to organizations of all sizes
in all sectors. It covers an organization's Leadership, Planning, Customer Focus, People
Focus, Process Management, Supplier Focus and overall Organizational Performance.
Within its mandate to promote
