An Introduction to the Balanced Scorecard

This breakfast presentation will provide an introduction to the Balanced Scorecard concept by Scott Baldwin, QSM Quality Services Management Inc. who will be leading a full day workshop on this topic on March 27, 2003.   This session will also feature an opportunity to hear from Dr. Gerarda Cronin, who is leading the charge to implement the Balanced Scorecard in the Child Health Program at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority.
