QNET is a network of individuals and organizations focused on the pursuit of organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement. QNET has over 500 members which represent various sectors of the Manitoba community - service, manufacturing, health care, government, education, and not-for-profit.

QNET was incorporated in 1995 as an independent, not-for-profit organization. Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who set the direction for the organization.  QNET has staff who plan activities and programs, respond to customer enquiries, manage the operations, and ensure the financial self-sufficiency of the organization.

Visit the QNET Events for a complete listing of upcoming training and networking events.  QNET offers short presentations, information sessions, seminars, workshops and conferences (QNET Excellence Conference is held each fall). 

In addition, QNET has introduced a Certificate in Management Development and a Certificate in Leadership Development (visit the QNET home page for a link to the most recent Certificate program information and dates).  Workshops within these programs are eligible for credit with the University of Manitoba's CAM:OE (Certificate in Applied Management: Organizational Effectiveness specialization)

QNET provides information resources to members and the general public through an extensive resource library and information bulletins:

Resource Centre / Library
The QNET Resource Centre / Library contains business and training DVDs and  videos, along with a wide selection of books and periodicals. 

QNET offers a FREE bi-weekly eNews that includes brief news items, updates on upcoming events, items in the resource centre, and a workplace wellness tip. Advertising opportunities are available for the eNews (distribution 4,000+).
